TIME and DESIGN has a good stock of knowledge of crafts in those three prefectures of Japan. And of course, we can do research for you if you are interested in a specific craft in other places in Japan.
Are you in fashion industry? Working for an interior design or home decor company? … and looking for a unique textile ?
Japan has a long history of creating fabrics of exceptional quality, including ones used for kimonos. Modern designs have incorporated this luxurious cloth and applied them to new products beyond Japan’s formal wear, including everyday fashion and accessories, textile arts, upholstery, and interior design.
We have craftsmen that can create a bolt of customized cloth to ones meant for large scale projects.
